Registration in the OAM register of moneychangers is subject to possession of the following requirements:

 

• for natural persons: Italian citizenship or citizenship of a European Union State or of a different State according to the provisions of Article 2 of the Consolidated Act of the provisions concerning the discipline of immigration and norms on the condition of the foreigner, as per Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998, and domicile in the territory of the Republic;
• for parties other than natural persons: legal and administrative headquarters or, for EU parties, permanent establishment in the territory of the Republic. (see art. 17-bis, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 141/2010).
